HOW TO ORDER

At least 3 days notice is required for all orders (Cut-off time: 23:59), the furthest date for order is 30 days later (counting from present).

With orders less than 3 days away till pickup date, please WhatsApp us on +852 54410282. They are considered as urgent orders which will be charged for $50 administration fee. For urgent orders, membership functions are not provided.

The date on the calendar on the "Checkout" page will be blocked out if booking is full.

You will receive a confirmation email once you place an order.
If you have not received any email from us, please contact us as soon as possible.

ORDERING NOTICE

No cancellation or refund would be accepted once the order is confirmed upon payment.
Please contact us at least 3 days in advance if you need to change the pickup date.
We reserve the right to decline any reschedule requests due to limited order availability.

Please pick up your cake on the confirmed date in your confirmation email. Once it is overdue, NO refund is allowed.

On your pickup day, we strongly recommend you to bring your own thermal bag or purchase from us in store.

or you can purchase from us ($20 to $30 each).

Please keep the cake in 0℃- 4℃ within 30mins to 1 hour after pickup.

During your travel, We recommend that the cake box should be flat and secure at all times and avoid placing it in direct sunlight during your own transportation.
We will not take responsibility for any damage incurred during your own transportation.

Mochiffon Patisserie reserves the right to terminate the offer or to amend the terms and conditions of the offer without prior notice.
In case of any disputes, Mochiffon Patisserie reserves the rights of final decision.

How to Earn: Enjoy this benefit when making purchases online or in-store using your member account. Earn 1 Member Point for every $50 spent.

How to Redeem: Every 1 Member Point can be used as $1 toward your purchases. Points can be redeemed for both online and in-store shopping.

Expiration Date: All points earned within a calendar year will uniformly expire on June 30 of the following year.
