We are Mochiffon — part culinary scientist, part restless cat. We set out to discover what happens when the ethereal lightness of French chiffon meets the unexpected, satisfying bite of Japanese mochi. The result was something that did not exist before, and could not have come from following convention.

Every dessert we make is held to two standards simultaneously: it must be refined enough to belong on a patisserie counter, and surprising enough to make you pause mid-bite. For us, luxury is not merely what something looks like — it is what it does to you when you taste it.

We craft for those who notice the details, who seek the extraordinary in the everyday, and who are never quite satisfied with ordinary. We do not follow the conventions of traditional baking. We follow curiosity, and bake purrfectly.
